As we focus on providing consistently good MSW durians, there will be variations on taste profiles depending on the early-season, mid-season or end-season durians. Do enjoy the Musang King's complexity of contrasting taste and texture. About the long-standing debate of big and small MSW seeds, there is no way to determine whether each MSW durian contains a particular size of seed from the husk, pulp or any other identifying method except to sink your teeth into the luscious buttery durian. Therefore we seek your understanding if there is/are durian pulp in the box that contains big seeds, as each box will contain pulp from different durians due to our strict quality curation prior to packing.

At Buttery Gold Durians, we are committed to disrupting the durian retail industry by providing consistently delicious MSW durians for you to enjoy, without the stress and gamble of choosing your own durians (unless you enjoy the process :)). If by a stroke of "luck" you received a box of defective durian pulp, immediately contact us and follow the process:

1. Avoid consumption of the defective durian pulp due to safety concerns
2. Send us photos and/or videos of the defective durian pulp  + description so that we can investigate
3. Keep the defective durian pulp contained in the original box
4. Please do not throw away the defective durian pulp

We will arrange for service recovery over the phone ASAP.
