3. Service Availability

Our services are available only to individuals and businesses within Singapore ("the Serviced Country"). We currently do not accept orders from outside Singapore.

4. Your Status

By placing an order, you confirm:

- You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
- You are a resident of the Serviced Country.

5. Placing an Order and Payment

When you place an order and make payment through our site, it constitutes acceptance of your order. We will only issue refunds under extraordinary circumstances, such as non-delivery or if the durian boxes are damaged or opened. Refunds are not available for other issues or changes after payment unless specifically stipulated or for service recovery purposes.

6. Product Information and Delivery

- Minimum Guaranteed Weight: Each box of durians contains a minimum of 400g of durian pulp and seeds.
- Price Changes: Prices per box are subject to seasonal variations and may change without notice.
- Dehusking: Durians are dehusked upon receipt, usually between 3 PM to 6 PM. Due to unforeseen circumstances, there may be delays in dehusking and delivery, and we will inform you of any changes to the delivery timing.
- Pre-orders: We accept pre-orders and pack fresh daily.
- Standard Delivery: Same-day islandwide delivery is available from 6 PM to 11 PM at a charge of $10.
- Urgent Delivery: An urgent delivery option is available for an additional charge, subject to driver’s availability.
- Delivery Issues: If the recipient is unavailable to receive the package or does not answer the doorbell, the package will be left outside the address provided, and the order will be considered fulfilled.
- Re-delivery: Additional delivery fees apply if re-delivery is required to another location after the driver has been dispatched.
- Contact Information: Please ensure your contact number and address are accurate. Any changes to the delivery address after dispatch will incur additional charges.
- Seed Size: Small seeds cannot be guaranteed due to the natural growth of the fruit. Please provide feedback directly to us if you have concerns.

7. Pricing and Payment

The prices listed on our site are subject to change. Although we strive for accuracy, errors may occur. If we identify a pricing error, we will inform you and may offer to honor the lower price or cancel the order. We are not obligated to honor incorrect prices.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns are not accepted due to hygiene reasons. If you find any issues with the product, such as weight discrepancies or signs of contamination upon first opening the box, please do not consume the product. Instead, immediately send us a photo of the issue taken in good lighting. For weight discrepancies, include a photo showing the product on a weighing scale with the scale's display and the product’s weight clearly visible. Notify us within one day of delivery regarding any concerns. Refunds will be processed based on our assessment of the provided photo evidence.

9. Our Liability

We guarantee that our products are of satisfactory quality. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

11. Force Majeure
